Our Pamonha Collection

Cornland began long before it had a name. Some of my happiest childhood memories are of my mom, bringing home fresh corn from the market and gathering in the kitchen with my grandparents, to make pamonha and fresh corn pudding.

Together, we peeled the corn, prepared the husks, made each pamonha by hand, and spent hours in the kitchen waiting for everything to be ready. Those flavors, those moments, and the tradition of making food together and sharing it with family became part of my childhood.

Cornland was created to carry those memories forward — and share a little of that tradition with your family, too.
