At Cornland, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Because many of our products are fresh, refrigerated, or perishable food items, our return policy is different from that of non-food products.
Perishable Food Products
For food safety reasons, perishable products cannot normally be returned or exchanged after they have been delivered, picked up, or purchased at one of our retail locations.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Unsatisfactory Orders
If you receive an incorrect product, a damaged package, or a product that appears to have a quality or freshness issue, please contact Cornland as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please provide your order information and, when applicable, photographs of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue.
Refunds & Replacements
When a problem is confirmed, Cornland may, depending on the circumstances, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected product. Each situation will be reviewed individually.
Pickup & Retail Purchases
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order when picking it up or purchasing from one of our retail locations. If there is an issue with the order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Shipping of Perishable Products
If a perishable product is shipped, customers should receive and properly refrigerate or store the product promptly upon delivery. Cornland cannot guarantee the condition of an order when delivery is missed, the package is left unattended for an extended period, an incorrect delivery address was provided, or the product was not properly stored after delivery.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because some products may be prepared specifically for an order, cancellation may not be possible once preparation or fulfillment has begun.
